Please specify your child into the following categories. This will let us know which plans are best for you and your child. Lastly, please categorize your child. We really want to help you to ease your stress and your child to get full scores on almost all assignments. 

 

- My child has lots of independence. He/she always turns in work on time and receives almost full scores on all assignments. I don't really need to help or worry about them. 

 

-My child has average to little independence. He/she always turns in work late and is struggling to receive full scores on all assignments. I always need to help and worry about them.
